- Normally ships in 1 to 5 business days, and in some cases sooner than this. Every single item here at CIA Laser and Designs LLC is ONLY made as it is ordered. We do not mass produce my items; each product is made specially for you. We try and get orders completed and shipped out as soon as possible. The shipping time depends on if I have your product currently in stock, and how many orders are ahead of yours.
-All custom designed orders are final sale and cannot be returned. I try my absolute best to make sure there are no defects to the product before shipping out the final product. Please make sure all spelling is correct as I only copy and paste the name or phrase and will not be responsible for errors in spelling.
