We do not mass produce my items; each product is made specially for you. We try and get orders completed and shipped out as soon as possible. The shipping time depends on if I have your product in stock, and how many orders are ahead of yours.
-All custom designed products are final sale and cannot be returned. I try my absolute best to make sure there are no defects before shipping out the final product. Please make sure all spelling is correct as I only copy and paste the name or phrase and will not be responsible for errors in spelling.
